And the community is making choices, with a diverse market such as the African and Caribbean one, mini communities are being formed in the site but there is also a big sense of belonging. The site is currently growing at a phenomenal rate and their photo management features are as good as it gets.
"We will soon introduce our photo tagging feature with an exceptional design which is expected to create a surge of new signups," said Lawrence.
The site features a state of the art music management system which allows African Caribbean artists to get straight in touch with their fans.
Users can select to only be seen by their friends or friends of friends and really give that sense of privacy if needed. Caramel Lounge is good news for advertisers who are always looking for a more targeted audience to market products to.
"What we have here is a MySpace Facebook hybrid with great potential. We are looking for investors, who can bring significant input," Folabi stated.
